Regulatory Engagement Management (REM) - End User Course

Course Overview:

The MetricStream Regulatory Engagements Management application supports efficient management of the engagements throughout its life cycle from the time the engagement letter is received by the regulatory liaison office till the time a response is submitted to the regulator.

Level – Advanced

Course Duration – 3.5 Hrs of Training Content + 3 hrs of Practice

Course Completion Requirement – 2 weeks from date of assignment

Pre-requisites: Familiarity with Regulatory concepts

At the end of this course, you will:

•    Understand how to navigate the app
•    Create and approve Library Content
  
•    Create and Manage Engagements
•    Upload Library Content and Tasks
•    Adding, Managing and Completing Tasks and Sub-tasks
•    Review and monitor the impact of regulatory changes
•    Work on regulatory tasks
•    Log, approve, manage, monitor and close issues
•    Administer and manage the REM app

Practice, Assessment & Certification:

• After completing units 1-4, please reach out to your trainer at [email protected] for the following:
• Practice Instance: MSU will provide access to a practice instance for a duration of 2 weeks.
• Facetime with Instructor: Collate all questions you may have on the course and send it to your trainer; the trainer may host a dedicated 1hr session to address any questions.

Assessment & Certification: You are expected complete the assessment in 2 weeks from the assignment of this course.
